How to Measure
All measurements are in inches.
- Chest: with your arms down wrap a tape measure under your armpits at the fullest part of your chest. Stand straight, take a deep breath, and that will be your chest size.
- Waist: measure at the natural waistline, the narrowest part of the waist.
- Hips: Measurement should be taken at the fullest part of the buttocks.
- Trunk: Start measurement from the top of the shoulder, go down the torso, through the legs, and back to the shoulder. While standing perfectly straight.
