Turn Around Time & Shipping Policy
All items will be shipped via USPS. This is a Pre-Order site meaning all items can take up to 6-8 weeks to ship. This excludes weekends and holidays. If TAT time is different, there will be a special notice listed on the Collection and/or Product.
For any and all shipments, tracking will be provided. Please note, USPS First Class does not provide insurance for packages.
Once your items are packaged and mailed to you, we are not responsible if lost, stolen, or misplaced due to incorrect shipping information.
That being said, please be sure to review and enter the correct shipping address BEFORE checkout. Given that several orders are processed at a time, it is most helpful that the correct address be listed so that the shipping process can be as seamless as possible.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
We personally drop these off at the post office and get a receipt for shipping confirmation or are present for USPS Pickup.
***PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND - if your item is lost in the mailing system, I am not responsible for replacing the items.
